Introduction
Dr. Priyanka Moule is a highly skilled clinical hematologist, hemato-oncologist, and bone marrow transplant specialist. She completed her super specialty training in clinical hematology from the prestigious Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi, following her MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi Institute and DNB from Jehangir Hospital, Pune.
Dr. Moule has expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of hematological disorders, including hematologic malignancies such as acute and chronic leukemias, lymphomas and plasma cell dyscrasia with special interest in Multiple myeloma and AL amyloidosis. She is adept at administering chemotherapy and managing the complex complications associated with high-intensity chemotherapy treatments. She has assisted over 100 bone marrow transplants which included autologous, allogenic and haploidentical transplants
She has significant experience in managing hemoglobinopathies, including thalassemia and sickle cell anemia, with a focus on prenatal diagnosis and genetic counseling. Dr. Moule also plays a key role in liver and kidney transplant cases, providing critical assessments for pre-surgical procedures and managing bleeding and coagulation issues. Additionally, she has a strong interest in the diagnosis and management of venous thrombosis including HITT and immune thrombocytopenia
Dr. Moule is deeply committed to understanding and treating complex blood-related disorders. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to diagnose and manage conditions such as anemia, thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), and pancytopenia (deficiency of all three blood cell types).
Her research has been presented at both national and international conferences in the form of oral papers and posters, earning her numerous accolades. Dr. Moule has also contributed to various national and international journals, making a mark in the field of hematology.
