Male infertility

Conception is one of the most natural phenomenon for most couples, but for some, it is difficult due to multiple reasons. The fertility of a man depends on the quality and quantity of the ejaculated sperms as well as erectile ability. Low sperm count or inferior quality of sperms make it difficult and sometimes impossible to achieve pregnancy. Infertility is confirmed after the assessment of BOTH partners.

Erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is when a male is unable to get or keep an erection firm enough and prolonged enough for a sexual intercourse. This is also commonly referred to as impotence. Occasional ED is common due to stress but frequent episodes of ED can be a sign of underlying health problems that require medical attention. It can also be indicative of emotional or interpersonal relationship difficulties that may require professional help.

Vasectomy

Vasectomy, more commonly known as male sterilisation is a surgical procedure to close the tubes permanently that carry the sperm. This procedure stops the sperm from getting into a man’s ejaculatory fluid and prevents pregnancy. This procedure is considered to be a permanent choice of birth control, yet the reversal is possible with microscopic surgery though not always a success.
